Welcome

Sasha is an experienced and passionate Yin yoga teacher.

Sasha is a senior yoga teacher, registered with yoga alliance. She primarily teaches Yin yoga, Restorative yoga and is also trained in yoga for cancer, after her own cancer experience.

Do you need to relax, slow down and rest?

Sasha weaves the teachings of yoga, with qi-gong inspired movement, seasonal wisdom, breathwork + meditation, all of which encourage you to cultivate self enquiry and help create calm.

Sasha would love to share these practices with you to help support your wellbeing + your journey through life.

A SHORT INTRODUCTION

Sasha taught yoga in London for ten years. She now lives outside London and teaches a weekly Yin yoga class at Vayu studio in Guildford, where she runs the 40 hour Yin yoga teacher training.

Sasha is an experienced Yin Yoga teacher, with 200+ hours training in Yin Yoga studies with Norman Blair, Bernie Clark and Paul Grilley.

Sasha has completed over 800 hours of Yoga training and continues to learn to support her teaching and deepen her knowledge. Most recently trained in Yoga for Cancer, after her own cancer diagnosis in 2021.

Sasha supports students on their own journey+ encourages them to develop self enquiry through the physical body, breath and mindfulness. Practice can also be a place of refuge and Sasha holds space with an understanding that life has inevitable difficulties.

Practice with Sasha supports the individual to discover their inner landscape through a skilfully woven tapestry of shape explorations, breathwork, meditation and deep rest.
