Sasha teaches yoga, qi-gong inspired movement, seasonal wisdom, breathwork + meditation, all of which encourage you to cultivate self enquiry and help create calm.
Sasha is an experienced + passionate Yin yoga teacher. She also teaches Restorative Yoga and Qi Gong inspired movement.
Sasha is a senior yoga teacher, registered with yoga alliance and is also trained in yoga for cancer, after her own cancer experience.
Sasha would love to share these practices with you to help support your wellbeing + your journey through life.
